Peek a Boo double layered twirl Skirt is made from a collection of designer and imported poplin and cotton prints reminiscent of the forest, earth and sky. Elastic waist for a comfy fit, and double layered ties lift the top layer to catch a glimpse of Pudge the Owl. The t shirt can be substituted for a tank top. Appliqued design is hand cut and machine stitched.
